​Gateways to Rural Participation co-ordinator

The NWCP would like to recruit for the post of Gateways to Rural Participation co-ordinator. Based at the Sollus Centre at Bready, and working in the Derg, Faughan and Sperrin District Electoral areas with a particular interest to Protestant, Unionist, loyalist rural identities as well as wider rural groups the project will bring diverse, sometime polarised communities together, building relationships, trust and breaking down barriers through conducting an audit of needs, then engaging groups to participate in a tailored capacity building/leadership training, learning by ‘doing’ and a range of connectivity and social sustainability events. The post- holder will be responsible for co-ordinating all elements of the programme. This is a full- time 2 year post NJC Scale 22 (£31,364 pa) from time of appointment. ​Culture Now Showcase worker
The NWCP would like to recruit for the post of Culture Now Showcase co-ordinator. Working across the North -west and Donegal the project will bring a diverse range of participants together through the medium of arts and culture. It will build relationships, through a series of music and dance workshops, composition, costume design and AV training, production and showcases. It will also include the co-ordination of a performer based community research project analysing the physical and mental wellbeing impact on cultural participation through different performances. The post- holder will be responsible for co-ordinating all elements of the programme including participant recruitment and procuring external facilitators. ​Financial and HR administrator

The NWCP would like to recruit for the post of Financial and HR administrator. The post-holder will work primarily with 2 Peace Plus programmes, ‘Gateways to Rural Participation’ and ‘Culture Now Showcase. The post- holder will be responsible for supporting the respective programme co-ordinators and existing NWCP staff in ensuring all financial and administrative requirements are met for both programmes. This is a full- time 2 year post NJC Scale 15 (£27,800 pa) from time of appointment. This is a project supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). Tattoo co-ordinator

The NWCP would like to recruit for the Post of Tattoo Co-ordinator. The post-holder will work with existing and new stakeholders in both N.Ireland and the Republic of Ireland to support cultural collaborations culminating in the production of at least one Dublin City Tattoo. The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the event, developing a strategic approach to its production by building a steering group team with expertise to help source funding and sponsorship and will oversee pre-event planning, content creation, marketing activity, infrastructure, logistics, PR/Marketing, operations and event security and safety.This is a full- time 2 year post from time of appointment.
